GenomeFit
From genomic information to more individualized health decisions.
GenomeFit emerged from personalized-medicine work in the KAUST innovation ecosystem, using genomic analysis to support genetic screening and drug-response decisions.
I build and shape ventures where research credibility, operational need and scalable technology meet — especially in health, education and institutional AI.
The ventures below are different in domain, but share the same build logic: start from a consequential problem, encode the evidence, create a usable system, then design for adoption and partnership.

HEALTHx is designed as an AI-enabled clinical innovation platform: a way to transform hospital ideas and validated solutions into licensable digital-health IP, APIs, AI models and scalable health-as-a-service offerings.
SHIFAA was founded and launched at King Abdulaziz University Hospital as part of a broader digital-modernization program, improving the way patients access services and interact with the hospital digitally.
I prefer partnerships where the decision rights, evidence, product boundary and path to adoption are explicit from the beginning.
What decision is being made, for whom, and what changes if the system is wrong?
Identify data, assumptions, validation criteria and the evidence required for trust.
Translate the research into a workflow, product, API, model or institutional capability.
Governance, partnership model, commercialization and implementation are part of the design.
The best collaborations combine a meaningful problem, credible domain access and a partner prepared to move from concept to implementation.
Bring the problem and context. I can help shape the evidence, product logic and operating model.
