- Situation
- National human-capital and workforce-planning programs spanning 49 education districts and a reported scope of 540,000+ educators.
- My contribution
- Designed and oversaw planning programs and served as the institutional counterpart on commissioned consulting and technology workstreams. The CV records ML-supported workforce analysis.
- Recorded outcome
- Approximately SAR 11.3M in first-year savings is reported in the CV. The coverage figure describes program scope, not a measured benefit for every educator.

Hospital digital modernization
- Situation
- Hospital technology leadership spanning patient access, operational intelligence, infrastructure and mission-critical services.
- My contribution
- Directed a multidisciplinary technology team of up to 70 staff, with approximately SAR 18.8M in operating-budget responsibility. The CV records conceiving SHIFAA and developing the Live Emergency Department Dashboard.
- Recorded outcome
- Patient-facing digital services and emergency-department operational intelligence are recorded outputs. SHIFAA has a public institutional service page; no clinical-effectiveness claim is made here.

GenomeFit: research into a venture

- Personalized-medicine research exploring genomic screening and drug-response decisions.
