The through-line

From understanding a problem to building the system around it.

My career has moved across biomedical informatics, hospital modernization, national workforce strategy, AI centers, higher-education governance, curriculum systems and research commercialization. The recurring method is to make the decision explicit, make the evidence visible, and then design the operating system around it.

Professor · Executive Advisor · Builder

I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data science, decision intelligence, digital health and institutional strategy. In academia, the question is often what conventional metrics hide. In government and healthcare, the question becomes whether evidence can survive policy, budget, regulation, workflow and scale.

That combination has led to work ranging from drug–drug interaction research and personalized medicine to national workforce planning, AI strategy, digital patient platforms, research governance and venture translation.

“Research matters most when it can survive contact with real decisions.”
